SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Professional learning built with your school
Meaningful professional learning begins with understanding the place where it happens: the people, the questions they are asking and the work already underway.
At Educ@demy, we design and facilitate learning experiences for educators who are looking for more thoughtful, creative and reflective spaces to grow. We work alongside school leaders and teams to develop professional learning that connects pedagogy, place and everyday practice, with time to explore ideas, try different approaches and reflect on what happens next.
We support schools, educational networks, museums, libraries and cultural organisations in rethinking how professional learning is designed and experienced, bringing together human-centred education, creative pedagogy and conversations across cultures.
How a Partnership Takes Shape
-
We begin by listening
An initial conversation, at no cost, helps us understand your setting. What would you like to develop or reconsider? What have you already tried? Whose perspectives need to be part of the conversation?
-
We design together
We develop a proposal and shape it with you, agreeing on the focus, format, timing and language. The starting point might be a particular question, a school development priority or an idea your team would like to explore.
-
We work alongside your team
Through workshops, conversations and practical exploration, we connect ideas with the situations educators encounter in their own work. There is time to reflect, exchange perspectives and identify something worth trying.
-
We return to the experience
A follow-up conversation offers space to consider what has stayed with your team, what you have tried and where further questions have emerged.
Ways we can work together
-
Half-day or full-day sessions at your school, usually for groups of up to 30 staff. Each is developed around your context, with a balance of shared exploration, practical work and reflection.
-
Focused, interactive sessions, typically lasting 90 minutes. These can stand alone, connect colleagues across settings or create continuity between visits.
-
A series of connected encounters gives your team time to try ideas and return to them together. One possible format combines three live online sessions with a day at your school, shaped around your calendar and priorities.
-
Time to think alongside leaders and teams who are reconsidering a programme, a learning environment, the organisation of the school day or their approach to AI.
We bring an outside perspective while working closely with the knowledge and experience already within your organisation.
-
Programmes that bring educators into dialogue with other places and practices. Visits, workshops and reflection are connected by a shared focus and by questions participants bring from their own settings.
-
Photography and short films that explore everyday life in your school and help share its work with families, partners and wider audiences.
Developed with journalist, documentary filmmaker and photographer Teddy Weiss.
Planning and Budget
The scope and cost depend on the work we agree together, including preparation, delivery, follow-up and any travel.
We know that school budgets differ. Sharing your available budget early helps us propose a realistic format, whether that means a focused workshop or a collaboration over time.
If you plan to use Erasmus+ or national professional development funding, we can discuss how the proposed work relates to your project and provide the programme details you need to check with your coordinator or funding body.
