Educ@demy works with schools across Europe as partners. We start by listening to your leaders and teachers, then design training around the work your school is already doing.

How a partnership works

1. Listen
A first conversation with your leadership team, at no cost: what you want to change, what has been tried, and who needs to be involved.

2. Design together
We draft a plan and shape it with you: the sessions, the format, the timing and the language.

3. Work alongside your staff
Workshops at your school, live sessions online, or both. Teachers leave each session with something to try the next day.

4. Follow through
A check-in after the training to see what took hold, and materials your team keeps.

Ways we work

On-site workshops and PD days
Full or half days at your school for up to 30 staff, built around your setting.
From €1,500 a day · €900 a half day, plus travel

Virtual training
Live 90-minute sessions for your staff, on their schedule. Works between visits or on its own.
From €450 a session

Partnership series
Three virtual sessions and one day on site, spread across a term. The format we recommend.

Consulting and design
For leaders rethinking a programme, a learning space, the timetable, or the school's approach to AI.

Documentation and film
Short films and photography that show your school's work to families, partners and funders, led by filmmaker Teddy Weiss.

What we work on

Learning from place. Using the town or city around the school as a classroom: walking, mapping and research with local people.

Making learning visible. Documentation and displays that show how students think, not only what they produce.

AI and human flourishing. When students should use AI, when they should work without it, and how a school decides.

Civic learning. Students studying their own community, mapping what it has and needs, and acting on it.

The teacher as storyteller. Narrative and film as tools for teaching and for sharing a school's story.

On price

These prices are starting points. School budgets vary from country to country, and we would rather find a version of the work that fits your budget than lose a good partnership over cost. If budget is the obstacle, tell us in the first conversation and we will work it out together.

Many schools fund staff training through Erasmus+ or national training programmes. We can help you check what your school's funds cover.

Bring the work home. Schools of past participants get priority scheduling, and we can build directly on what you started during the week.
