Professional development for educators — immersive, boutique, and deeply rooted in the belief that where learning happens matters as much as what is learned.
What we do
We design learning journeys for educators — intensive, place-based experiences that take professional development out of the conference room and into the world.
In a world that often feels like it's accelerating — fragmented, screen-bound, and fixated on measurable outcomes — we slow down. We sit, linger, wonder, and explore. We connect in person and engage with questions that have no simple answers.
We think. We create. We share meals, laugh, and dream.
We take education seriously.

Go with an open mind as you won’t see magical straight forward answers on what to do. You will see a million possibilities to reflect on and adjust to your context what you think is appropriate.

Do it. I think it is impossible to understand the approach without being in the city. The program is brilliantly designed to allow adults to tap into or reengage with with childlike creativity while also learning about the approach in more traditional ways like touring and speaking with professionals. I think that the balance between learning/working and enjoying local experiences was perfect too.

At det er spændende og at man skal huske sin egen praksis i forhold til det, man lærer. Da jeg ankom var jeg nysgerrig og spændt. Da jeg tog derfra havde jeg lyst til at udforske mere og lyst til at vi at netværke mere
